Performance evaluation
Our Zorlushoes /Z 34 company has a performance evaluation system consisting of 12 criteria determined in line with its targets. The performance evaluation system is applied to all company employees twice a year. In line with the results obtained, the necessary training and development studies are shaped by the coordination of our Human Resources Directorate.
Thus, Zorlushoes /Z 34 targets are integrated with the personal targets of our employees and we determine where we are in our annual targets.
Career planning
